Looking for 10s

Ok my truck with the setup I have right now runs 12.5 here in Utah with out a launch I wanna go 10s mods I'm getting this year are 7x16 injectors and nitrous and new trans what else would I need in your guys opinions to get to my goal

Bigger turbos or about a 150hp or bigger.. I run low to mid 11s now with no nitrous in way better air than u
