looking at '08 megacab with 6.7. if i get her, where do i need to start upgrade - egr and dpf first or what? run lots of 5.9s but they computed the 6.7 past my knowledge. nothing has been done to the truck .....yet 😏
For your truck efi live is the tuner of choice, full custom tuning and data logging. Get rid of the dpf and egr and if you have the money get rid of the stock Vgt turbo and throw on S467 with a 2nd gen mani.
It will be very drivable on stock fueling but you will have some lag. Good thing is with all the custom tuning now days you will be able to spool it well. I ran the S472 on my old truck with intentions of pushing it to 750hp and with stock fueling it ran very well and put down 555/1128. A different turbo is night and day on these trucks.
