deffinatly look into injectors.. with your mods a good set of 140 horse would be ideal. look for delivery valves at sheid they have a large selection of laser cuts to fit any application. be careful with these too big could spell death. governer springs might be another option but you will be needing valve springs too if you put 4 or 5ks in... a bigger lift pump is another idea.. and maybe a turbo... but i would be careful even with a beef tranny make sure tps and pcm are in good working order...

Delivery valves are designed to help put an abrupt and clean end to the fuel injection cycle and to prevent any unwanted second injection and fuel dribble after the main injection cycle.

The differences you can notice between dvs is a change in EGTs, smoke, and a little difference in power. You don't need different dvs to make big power, but at high power levels the difference can be quite noticeable, below 500hp the power changes are pretty small.

For the price injectors will be way more worth in than dvs. With a stock turbo I would start looking at 50hp to 90hp injectors or something in the 5x.012" or smaller range. Smaller will drive and tow better but larger will make more power.

Once you get injectors start looking at turbos, and start down the path...

Ok, I just can't help but comment on this,

140hp injectors are way to big for a stock turbo. Even 90hp are to big if you have your pump pushing a lot of fuel. Trust me it sucks. With smaller injectors it will tow and drive way better and he won't have to always be watching the pyrometer. If he wants a decent sized turbo/s late he can baby it for awhile, but it just doesn't compliment a stock turbo at all.

And there is really only one size of laser cuts, full cuts. Although laser is a machining operation they are usually done on a lathe. "Laser" cuts have no shoulder. If the dvs you are looking at have a shoulder they are not "laser" cuts. And full cuts suck anyways.
