limited slip rear

I was wondering if a 2002 dodge 2500 came with a limited slip rear end as a standard option or if only the upgrade ones did like the Laramie or if they even had such an option available? sorry for the noob question but Im new to these trucks

I think it was an option but didn't come in a specific package.

It was an option. My SLT has one (PO ordered it that way) where as my dad's SLT Plus (the heated seats package one) does not.
