Hey guys, I’m pretty lost here, I’ve got a 1999 24 valve, anyway when I run it the headlights will sometimes come on but the headlight switch will be off. If I turn the lights on for a hour or so I can turn the switch off and the lights will go off and stay off but next time I run the truck they will come on on their own, they will be dim but on, also my blinkers will work sometimes and sometimes they won’t. It won’t even show up to be blinking on the dash and then suddenly it will. My radio quit working as well and hasn’t come back on. My glow shift gages will come on and stay on sometimes and sometimes will not even come on, when they are on, if I try to run the windshield wipers it will shut them off. What have I got going on?

First clean all battery terminal and pdc grounds and cables. Pull codes? Also maybe replace the light switch. It may be shorted.

Well..over and over we go with the same problems just different trucks
All headlight switches fail.
Start with that.

I reset code and my blinkers/glow shift have started working fine. I put in a new headlight switch and my lights still stay on. I set the tuner on a stock tune and nothing changed. I have not disconnected completely yet. But as of now my headlights is the only problem

Change out the headlight relays with another and see if that helps.
