the pump usually just bumps over until you release the key after the engien starts. As long as you are holding pressure once the engine is running, don't sweat it.

just bump the starter over, not enough to start...you should hear the lift pump start running, if not you've got a problemWe'll see how it goes I guess. Just seemed odd that something changed after the APPS adjustment.
You need to start a new thread. You might get overlooked when you hijack another thread. Filling out your signature will help people help you, too.I recently purchased and 02 3500 Dodge. It has approx 85k miles on it as of now. It has a hesitation or lull in it at around 45 to 50 mph. At this speed occasionally when i go to accelerate i get no response from the engine. I have to let out of it repeatedly or stomp it until it downshifts. This truck has had several Banks Power systems added also. I also feel the truck is not as strong as it should be. Any ideas would be helpful.
tpickitt if you are still reading these, i would check your lift pump i was having simular problems with my 01. i have dual lift pumps and the first one went out restricting the fuel and it ran like .if i were to do it over i would have got a fass because stock lift pumps are $186 and i purchased two. if you aren,t gettin any code its got to be something with your fuel.
