Lift noise

I just installed a BDS 3"/2" lift and im running 315/70r17 on the stock wheels. Everything is tight/good and quite except when I hit a sharp bump on the road or a speed bump I have a dull rub sound (hard to explain) that's coming from the drivers side. Anyone else have or heard this before? Everything has been re tourqued that was touched with the lift and never made this noise before the lift.:banghead:

Same as mine after installing a 2.5 leveling kit. There is a popping noise all the time when i turn sharp or hit a curve on the driver side.. i wonder if anybody in here has a fix
One thing I did notice is on the pass side the shock looks centered in the coil, on the driver side it looks offset to the rear of the truck or not centered in the coil, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Other trucks on the lot looked the same way
Can u feel it thru the gas pedal?

I would look to your shock bolts first, it's easy for the top pins to not get tightened down as much as they need, or they need a little more wrenching.

I'm having a similar issue (noise) in my driver side. I have been considering re-doing the left side just to find out for sure. It makes a noise when I hit sharp bumps (like the yellow things on the street if I hit em right ) it almost feels like I can feel it in my foot when it's on the pedal.

Drives me nuts, but it's 80 and 200% humidity here in Houston today, so I'm down for looking at it

Sway bar end links too short?
Stock shocks in place ?? Maybe bottoming out

Shouldn't be, kit came with brackets to drop the bar.

Nope. longer shocks with the kit

Cant feel it in the pedal but definitely hear it on the drivers side, I'll check the shock top nut when I have a chance, feels pretty tight though, cant move it in the tripod.
I've got the same issue with mine on a 2.5" leveling kit. I need to investigate the shock.

Is the tire rubbing? Seems logical as it happens in a bump or turn.
