Hi Guys,

I have a set of HUMVEE military tires for my dodge and they don't clear unless you cut the fenders. I would like to raise the truck up. It has W350 rear springs and the front springs are shot and need rebuilt or replaced.

So the question is: Which lift kit is the best bang for your buck? I am thinking 4" and would like to maintain the hauling capacity. I also know that older dodges have springs that are more arched and will fit. Is the trailmaster lift kit any good???

That statement pretty much rules out a set of skyjacker rear springs. Their rear springs are soft. You would need air bags to haul anything with some weight.
