Here's my Bd super b over box unit BW s475 using a mixmatch of crazy carls parts & a 4" cold pipe I got off the forum here.





There were some fitment issues I ran into though...
Carls hot pipe was too short & didn't reach the s475 because of where carls primary turbo mount made it sit.

That's with a .5" spacer inbetween as well to show how far off these are.

You'll also notice in the first couple pics that I had to cut the cold pipe going from primary to secondary to make it fit correctly. It's holding pretty strong so far.

Now... Here's an issue I ran into today.


On my UDC tow tune (what I blew it on) I make 26psi boost out of the s475 & 60+psi boost overall.
I think it ripped due to the angle my stock intercooler pipe is at. It was putting the silicone coupler in a bit of a bind.

Any suggestions on making my kit better are much appreciated. :thumbsup:
