So I got an 04.5 manual 4wd..... I'm in the process of rebiulding I have the whole lower end biult including a girdle....hamilton stage 2 street agressive cam....coated pistons .....zz fabs side intake with spary bar for water meth....port and polished the whole head....all new valves ....steed speed manifold.....phatshaft 66.....180 horse nozzles....85% dragon fire cp3......and if the budget allows it..roller rockers...I know this is gonn cause huge arguments....but I wanna know what everyones opinion is on wat they think the hp/tq number will and how it will run/DD .....this is my plan and I'm stickin to it and when this is finished in th next few months it will be dynoed and we will see .....I think it will be a very quick spoolin right around 650hp but I wanna know some veterans of the sports opinions

Well,

The 85% pump may or may not keep up with the 180's... See when done.
The 66 is gonna be the limiting factor with that much Nozzle..But it'll work for now.
The head work should help a good bit and spool it nicely..

Really all depends on what you're using for tuning...?
Once UDC or EFI come out for the 03-05's, you'll be a LOT better off as far as Smoke, Spool, and Over all drivability...

I say you'll make 650-700...

Not sure the Roller Rockers are needed but like you said, Do it your way...

700-750 no problemo. Is the phatshaft a T3 or T4? I'd be sure to get the T4 Steedspeed...

do u think I need to step up the turbo size and the cp3 to a 120% or just go alittle reserve for now and save a few bucks with 125 nozzles .....and what turbo would u sugest for this situation

Also for tunning i m really waitin on efi live...but it seems like I could be waitin for awhile. But maybe by the end of thi biuld it will be out....other wise I might just save money and stick with my ole crazy larry for now till efi live comes out

Yes on the 120% pump. I vote for dual cp3's though.
With a big single like that , you could reach 800+ with proper tuning I'm sure.
Not sure how good it will spool for DD'ng but it'll make the power!


Personally I'd stay away from water / meth... Maybe water only but no meth.
