Leaky tranny?

I was under the truck today bragging to step father in law who is cleaing out his 06 king ranch in hopes to find a dodge and notice the rear of my tranny pan is shinny and almost dripping. I have no spots on my driveway and I dont hot rod the truck for fear of tearing up the tranny. Any ideas what it could be? Is this covered under the powertrain warrenty as I am at 40Kmi?

i think they said they had a problem with the seal from the out put shaft for the gear shift linkage. which is on the drivers side of the trans...
