06 5 9 Cummins while traveling not in acceleration, it can even be in Cruise the heater light will come on and dings several times then go out. Also when the truck is turned off it loses fuel pressure and leaks onto the ground. Have new injectors injector tubes and fuel pressure regulator any suggestions or ideas? Any help will be deeply appreciated

The dings and grid heater light means the computer is detecting a high fuel return. What injectors did you buy, remans? Where on the engine is the fuel leaking from? Make sure the feed tubes are set into the injectors correctly and they are are torqued to spec, 43 FT LBS. There is a banjo bolt on the back of the head that could be leaking fuel.

You're welcome. The #4 fuel line can also leak from the clamp being loose. So make sure that clamp is tight.
