lol!! really depends how much money you wanna spend to say which one has more power?! in my opinion a 24v is a better choice for daily driving bc of its electronic adjustability! the 12v makes a stout truck but not adjustable on the fly!!

if your going to be driving it every day... then yes! if you want a high hp truck for wknd fun a 12v will get ya all the pwr you need!!! i drive a 24v every day! they do have their issues but if you tend to these first before building big power it will be a pretty dependable truck!!

it will have plenty of power if you build it right... my truck has plenty to break the back tires loose in 5th!! building a 24v 500hp is goin to take sum parts to get too on a 12v you can be at 800hp with the same types of mods! trust me 500hp is plenty of power to drive every day, in my opinion sometimes it too much!! the 12v wouldnt be very driveable at all!! what do you plan oon using the truck for??? daily driver/ drag racing/ sled pulling/towing/etc?? that should help you decide what to put on the trucks as far as parts go!
