Besides driving it resonable and getting it up to temp and plugging it in during winter,how do I get this thing to last?

If you needed injectors at 104k on a 2006 most common cause is bad fuel.
Pretty common issue with these trucks if fuel quality is subpar.

Front end is carrying 1100 lb engine not designed for it, throw a lift and tires on it and worsens the issue.
