Hi all. I just purchased a '91 12v 250 with 99,000 miles on her.:woot: She is in good shape and completely stock.

I have two questions:
What are some of the first mods I ought to get at? I want to install a TBE and a BHAF. What exhaust and intake should I go with for this year?

Also, I am not sure of the maintenance record on this truck, so what maintenance issues should I look at?

any part of the truck with fluid and grease should be changed, as for the exhaust, im not sure because mine is a custom side pipe and man does it look and sound BAD!!!! get anything but a K&N for a filter

Intercooled or not? Manual or auto? Get a pyro and get in the pump. 3200 RPM spring and the fuel screw. BHAF and a little sheet metal work go a long way for that. I personally like stans 4". It works quite well. Let us know your tranny so we can help further.
