WRONG! There are several options & yours happens to be the least quality.:stirpot:There is actually one option. Go to the Apple ipod store and get one of the FM mini broadcast gadgets. They snap onto the bottom of the ipod and broadcast to an unused FM station on any radio near by.
Sort of depends on what you want to do and how much YOU want to spend. For around 50 dollars you can get an FM modulator or for around 200 dollars you can get an Ipod connection cable that might or might not work with your unit. Your choice!:banghead:WRONG! What model did you put on?I went with the iPAC.
Have to say I'm pleased with it. It works great. Had to disconnect my Sirius, but my rear seat DVD player is still functional. Wish I could use my steering wheel buttons to control the iPod, but can't. The iPAC does charge my iPod however, so there's no worries about the battery running out on road trips.
I agree w/Dad. My Sirius works, so do my steering controls & I can see songs/titles. 6 disc w/out Nav.I went with the iPAC.

Sorry...dug up my invoice. This is what I'm running with:What model did you put on?
I have the 6 cd head unit. I pac isn't supposed to work on the single cd unit.
My ipac uses the u-connect port. Sirius works fine. I tested the ipod functions with my daughters nano. I recall having full control and titles. :confused013:
