Well with the fass 150.. You bypass the stock filter. I would guess the 95 is the same. Most people put the fuel psi sensor 12-18" away from the vp with a T in the line and use a snubber valve to fix the water hammer effect. I don't think too much water hammer goes back 18" in a rubber line anyway.
Prefass I had my gauge on top of the fuel filter housing banjo. But I have a 99 and that's the only year edge recommends putting it there. Don't know why.
Egt tap.. I just started with a tiny drill bit and went up siZes real slowly so I made all tiny shaving n no big ones. Then used a pen magnet to get out all the shavings I could. Once there was no shavings, started her up n any residual blew through the exhaust side of te turbo without problems.
I pulled up the bed when I did mine. Made it way easier I think but I guess you don't HAVE to.. Clean the tank vent while your in there too. Just pull it n spray a bunch of air reversed through it.
