does 3400.00 seem about right for 90hp injectors on an 06 2500 installed and everything? can i just buy the nozzles and keep the same bodies?

the person who says it will be this much says its b/c i have to buy the whole injector b/c the truck has about 60k miles. if i just bought the nozzles could i install them myself? the place i plan on purchasing them from is called: srdieselconcepts.com and it says that it comes with the tool to pull the nozzles. i am just worried about making sure they are seated correctly and the pressures are right.
