My lift pump went out on my 2001 cummins and ive been hearing that once that hits 5-0 psi on the fuel pressure gauge that its messing up my injector pump, so i stopped driving it and bought the fass fuel system platinum installed it now its running great fuel pressure is at 15-20 is my injector pump gonna be fine or will i expect bad news soon

you should be ok. as long as you didnt drive it long with that low of fuel pressure

As soon as i noticed it i drove it home and didnt move it until i took it to my neighbors to put on the fass

yeah i got them checked and there was nothing in the computer so it was all good

I drove for god knows how long on 5psi because i was bone stock. Put edge on 2 years ago found 5psi and had airdog on week later. 2yrs and still original vp44

i think thats what happened to me too i put the edge on and it was reading 5 psi and lower so i stopped driving it and everything is at normal now that i put the fass on it
