By looking at this picture, two people on CompD said they looked larger than stock. One of them mentioned a pin gauge is supposed to be used to measure the holes.. Where would I buy a set locally rather than ordering a set??? Or would having a local measuring/instrument place measure them be a better idea?

They are stock 215hp injectors from my 97 ctd 5spd. The Previous Owner said they were custom 420-450cc's.. Can't remember exactly!

I know they are 215's because the nozzle reads: DSLA 145 P 477




Looks larger than factory.
Your going to need a pin gauge to see if they were edm'd

There's a shop called extrude hone that uses abrasive media to extrude hone nozzles. It's pretty easy for them to open up stock nozzles to about double their original flow with a few hone cycles in their machine.

In short, it's quite possible that those started out as stock nozzles but were sent to extrude hone.
