Will this be going in a Dodge or are you doing a Cummins Conversion in a Ford?

I’ve got a 5r110 behind a Cummins 12 valve, but it’s in a 2010 Ford f250 that came with that transmission.

Adapting one to work in a dodge could certainly be done, but it would be a control system/ computer nightmare to accomplish unless you could find a stand alone controller for a 5r110.

Here's the aftermarket standalone trans controller that would be needed to run the 5R110,,,and dang is it expensive.

I can certainly understand wanting to use a 5R110 transmission. There are very few better in the light truck diesel world. But, as has been mentioned, mating a 100% mechanical engine to a 100% electronically controlled transmission will be quite expensive...but possible I would imagine.
