I want to buy this 03 CTD with the 6spd manual

The whole truck is stock

Nothing is modded

I want to put an exaughst and airintake and maybe a smarty down the road

I dont know if I should order a stock clutch for 500 bucks or order a better one for more power

If so which one

Thanks

Kyle

x2 on Valair. I've got a FE from them and it has held great. Plus they are very nice guys to deal with. If those are the "only" mods you're gonna do then i think an OFE would be plenty. I definitely wouldn't order another stock clutch. The OFE would be better for towing and should shift like a stock clutch. The FE is very grabby but that's just the nature of the beast. for me, it's nice knowing that extra the holding power is there when i need it. i would also suggest throwing some guages in that bad boy if you put any type of power adder on it

no problem, just be careful because modding ctd's are addicting. They're's always something else that "needs" to be done. :lol3::$:
