I definitely couldn't get the drain plug out of the sleeve so I cleaned everything up and put some JB weld around it and set it back in place, not an ideal fix but hopefully it will last long enough to get a new oil pan.

I used jb weld plastic weld for broken plastic, that stuff works great!
