I bought a 1999 2500 extd cab 4x4 auto with 40k on it. (Stock) I have had a check engine light. I pulled the codes and came up with these:
P0236 Turbocharger Boost Pressure Sensor Performance / Rationality
P0238 Turbocharger Boost Pressure Sensor High
P1693

I am at a loss of where to start. Is this a MAP sensor problem? Wastegate?

Can anyone help?

Probablly the hose to diaphram is plugged or wastegate is frozen.

I'll agree with the stuck wastegate thats the same codes mine had when it was stuck

what is the best way to check for a stuck wastegate? and a fix if it is stuck?
