Probably but not recommended.

Have you inspected your fan resistor?

Did you jump out your fan motor? I replaced my fan/motor some years ago.

I've replaced the fan and resistor, there's no power at the switch so it's probably the ignition. I just want to wire it up to the battery with a switch till spring, I now have 8+ inches of snow.... Does anyone know if the fan will run ok wired to a battery??

The control units have been known to fail. Do you know someone with similar truck that you could temporarily swap to see if its that?

Sure, I would set up a relay with a switch and fuse the wire to the fan and run a wire to a battery. It will always be on high.

Or buy the switches from a salvage yard. That will be quicker to swap out.

Relay?? And what size fuse?
If you are not familiar wiring a relay/switch, consider replacing the switch console for your year model, after pinning out the wiring from the switch to the fan motor.

Good luck.
