Hurcules tires? 19.5s

Anybody have any experience with Hurcules H-803 or H-902? I'm getting some aluminum 19.5s and 225/70r19.5s for my work truck. I can get the Hurcules tires pretty cheap, but I've never hear of them before. Specs look good, but how do they last and are they balanced well? :confused013:

Hercules is a division of Cooper tire, no experience 19.5" but I have their LT265/70/17 truck tire on my Ram now. They are good for the price. The don't excel in any particular area but do well enough in all conditions for me.
