More cp3? Stock won't be enough
Hmm. I was hoping some of you that know a lot about the performance side of these 6.7 would chime in. Trying to get some good dependability with a little extra.
No, stock is not going to be enough. What are the specs on the charger?
A little confused. I can't find any specs on this turbo. Went htt site just says 350 to 475 hp.
Ok. Cost and dependability. I am only doing a rev max 550.
Will dod just fine with stock fuel and the revmax 550.
Ok so after a bunch of phone calls and research. I decided to go with a fleece vgt cheetah with 63 mm comp. still get to keep my engine brake. Which is important since I weigh 13500 with tools and welding machine. Also got 90 hp nozzles adii 165 and 425 head studs. Rev max 550 also on it's way. Christmas came early at my house lol. Ok so now here is my new sig. 2007.5 qcdw del w/ mm& od. S&b cai 5inch cat back 2" front coils springs add leaf rear 90hp nozzles adii 165 rev max 550.arp 425.fleece cheetah vgt turbo 285/75/17 fierce attitudes. Know the question is what tune is going to get my best performance. :confused013:thank you guys for all the help so far.

If it's for 350-475hp, you could light it with a stock CP3, stock injectors and 60hp tune.

Sounds a little small for your goals.
The HTT 2.5 is a 64mm turbo and you would still retain you exhaust brake.
Yes the htt is 64 mm but was only rated to 475 hp. I was scared I would be pushing that with rest of my mods.

I believe they were rating it with no changes other than the turbo, so stock tuning and so on.

The HE351VE Stage 1.5 and 2.5 were developed for stock injector and stock CP3 trucks with mild/hot tuning. With 90hp injectors, it isn't going to be near enough turbo, you'll want something with more turbine size to keep drive pressure and EGT in check. Like these guys have stated, a manifold swap and S366/73 would work better, but a S467.7 would be the ideal upgrade for that amount of fuel in my opinion

Are you doing any CP3 Mods? I know with my smaller injectors I can drain the rail on command if I try.
