How will 20x12 with +44 offset look and fit? Pics Please!

I'm looking at getting some 20x12s that have a +44 offset. These will stick out about 4" i'm told and I wanted to see what that would look like. Pictures please!

also! is a lift needed???

yes, Fuel Octane. How much do you think they are worth then since they don't fit my truck I assume.
