How to set minuets time on the Radio

Guys,
I know this is a BS question, I cant remember how to set the miuets on the radio. I can get to the hour and change that but how do I get it to toggle over to adjusts the mins? I know it shows right and lft arrow graphic the the head unit. I cant rem the combo for the adjustment

push the dial on the right side to toggle over to minutes
