I recently purchased an 06 quad cab and one of my biggest complaints was that it had no cupholders in the rear.
I set out to fix this problem. After much searching I was directed to an ebay auction for a factory rear cupholder. I wound up purchasing the cupholder for about 12 dollars shipped.
Since the pictures were too big to post here, I made a word document for the how-to
