I did a search, but couldn't find my answer. I would like to display song info, (artist, title, etc). My wife's '04 PT Cruiser will display this info on FM stations, if the station sends it out.

I would like the same display in my truck. It is a satellite and am/fm receiver, with a single CD. The truck trim package is the SLT. (not the base line and not the premium, either.)

I have tried to alter the options in the overhead display, but no success.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Well hand I have the same trim package and radio. Our type of radio, I dont believe, is a able to display that info. I listen to sirius and have no idea who the hell Im listening to. Sucks, but It is what it is! Guess we should of got the rich boy radio, ehh!

when listening to sirius I beleive you can toggle the time button to show artist or time.

No info available on that deck!! I ended up trading mine out for a 6 disk changer out of an 06 just so I could get the station info. Kinda sucks huh!!

Will the 6-disc changer display the song info for sirius? It drives me nuts listening to songs and not knowing who it is, especially If I lke the song and want to download it.

it will if you hit the info button. I leave mine on the station name most of the time and then hit the button when I want the artist.

Again, the radios from the 06-07 fit right in there and are readily available from ebay. I got the one from my bros. GF when he put a nav system in her truck

But you need a nav bezel. It is a square and the one in ours has those little half circles for the knobs

I swapped radios at work, in the lower corner of the screen I "had" a REF radio, you need the radio with RAK in the lower corner of the screen. it's the 6 disc changer with cassette. or the NAV unit if you have the money.
