how can i get my truck to go past 2000 rpms for a good boost holeshot it does way better just taking off i know it would be a hell of alot faster if i could boost it up guys help me out here

You need a Tranny to be boost launching! But if you wanna take the chance, then put it in 4wd HI and Hold the Accelerater and Brake at the same time like doing a burnout. But Ease into the accelerater and don't smash on it or it takes time to build boost or you will just snap something.

left foot on the brake-right foot on the throttle till you achieve the level of boost you want then simultaneously left foot off the brake and right foot ON the throttle hard

just be very careful when doing boosted launches if you don't have a FULL BILLET transmission-it tends to break things LOL

There are alot of factors that effect boost building at the line..

how tight/loose your converter is
If the low-end fueling is on with your BD
how big your turbo is

Most of the time when staging at the line, you should be able to build sufficient boost before you hit 2K rpm's, if your just looking to get it above 2K, then might look into a looseer conveter.

Basically any. 15 psi is pretty high i wouldn't do that again, its just very hard on the torque converter/shafts etc. your input could easily end up like BBrams, which usually trashes your tc at the same time.

i dont know what the deal is i had my truck on the dyno and was rite around 500 hp i just was seein if anyone knows how to bypass that. it goes to 2000 rpm and thats it
