I can see air coming from the breather tube, but there is no oil or anything in it. It also has no odor. The air kind of looks like it is visible because its hot air hitting cooler air. There seems to be no pressure coming from the breather tube. I can also hold my hand down on the oil fill opening and feel no pressure. Is this all normal?
Also the truck doesnt use any oil. It never goes below the full mark.

Thanks.

straight from the service manual.

When using a blowby tool (cummins P#3822476) with .221" orfice:

New/rebuild = 228.6mm/h2o (9")
max = 863.6mm/h2o (34")

Search around here for a how-to on building your own blowby tool if you dont want to buy one.
