Can someone tell me how the cruise control works on a 2004.0 manual transmission truck? Does it work off a vacuum pump?

The '03 and early '04 does have a vacuum pump. It is located on the passenger side at the finder and firewall. If you have had a break in the line it will cause the pump to run all the time and will burn up the pump.

I looked for this vacuum pump but did not see it? Do you have a picture of this?
