Have not found one yet. I usually go to a wash bay and spray it down with soap then use the brush all the way around the spray it off with clear coat. Pain in the arse.

I have never notice a scratch on my truck due to using the brush. I usually get my truck buffed out every year or two anyways. I think the truck stops are power washing and when I try just to powerwash my truck it leaves a film of dirt pretty thick like a haze. Hate it.

I had a black 2008 d-max that i hand washed it for a year and got sick of it, so i took it to a new car wash down the road and used the "brush" on it. Well got home and looked at it in the sun and it had fine scratches all over it from the brush in just 1 wash, and i sprayed it off before i used it. So using the brush is fine but u will get fine scratches all over from it for sure!

Some of the new quarter car washes by me have the no touch automatic washers that have a "DUAL REAR WHEEL TRUCK WASH" it cost $8 bucks but it beats doing it by hand. No scratches either!!

yeah I was afraid that the brushs would cause those faint scratchs...and power washing it is not going to remove all of the "dirt" Hmmmmmwish they made a scrub a dub for larger trucks like ours...I guess that could be a nice investment as a business :party018:

My uncle and i have black duallys and we both use the brush to wash ours. The thing to do is be sure you spray the brush off before you start scrubbing. Ive never noticed scratches.

I've gotten pretty good with my truck. I have hard water and the first time I washed it was in the sun. Hard water + Sun + black truck = 3 hours of spot removal. In the shade I can now get it done in about 1.5 hours. I just keep telling myself it's a labour of love!

yeah...The hand washing thing is a pain in the rear end...I am worried about the winter months when I want to rinse it from the salt and snow...I can't really hand wash it then...and the sprays dont do jack....wish they made larger bays to wash the thing!!

I don't have a dually, but when I wash my 2500 I use a step ladder. When I wash cars in the winter I fill the bucket with hot water... then again what I call "winter" is not quite the same as winter in Wisconsin.

One product I've been looking at is the telescoping handles and Soft Washing Tool from Swobbit (boat washing products): Swobbit Products . They're not cheap... but I don't like swirl marks and my truck is black.

I was able to fit my old 2500 with 31's in the scrub a dub car wash, which was soooooooooo convienient! but now with the wider rear end :hehe: I doubt I can fit anywhere lol:rof

Yes Georgia winters are very mild compared to our salt laked roads and blizzards we get up here!!!

Mine ain't a dually but I hand wash mine everytime, like all my vehicles since I was old enough to drive. Car washes suck and do a lousy job no matter how hard you try. I worked at a filling station when I was a kid and we hand washed everything that came in for a cleaning. You cannot beat a hand wash and towell dry. I have tried detail shops a couple of times and they don't do anywhere near the job I do myself. Takes me about 3 hours inside and out. Also wash it 12 months a year up here in good ol cold Montana. Course a heated garage with a floor drain helps with that
