Yes, the rear is 11.5 on all but the early 03 SO trucks, then its a 10.5.

Dang... 5 minutes too late.

Gassers came with a 10 1/2-inch AAM rear axle, while the diesel trucks come with a massive 11 1/2-inch AAM rear axle

American Axle Manufacturing's 11.5 rear axle in the '03-present Dodge Cummins trucks (and '01-present GM 3/4- and 1-tons) is a massive axle designed for high-torque towing abuse. AAM's 11 1/2-inch ring gear (left) dwarfs the classic Corporate 14-bolt's 10 1/2-incher (middle) and the Ford Sterling 10 1/2-incher (right).

 11.5

Where is a good place to get different gear sets. I see a lot of places with 4:10, but can't find what I am looking for.

You have a 11.5 HD 14 bolt. Nice truck. 3.73's are the best choice unless you tow alot. Check your glove box and it will tell you what gears you have.

Yeah i would not go higher in gear, unless 3.73. I with they had like a 3.92 or soemthing. Give my truck lil more down low when i have the 35's on.
