I live in the Washington DC area, and sometimes have to parallel park my truck on the streets in DC, which apparently hired europeans to make its parking spots. So, i've been looking to getting a backup sensor to help me. The ads usually say they have zones and beep at you different with the different zones. A couple I saw had an option of digital display for distance. But they only show down to 1 or 2 feet. I need something to tell me if I'm 3 or 4 inches from something, cause that's how close I have to get sometimes. Anyone know of backup sensors that will display distance below a foot?

I thought about that. But I wasn't sure where I'd mount the screen.
Anyone ever installed one without removing the stock radio? I got the infinity sound system with 6 disc changer, with the controls on the back of steering wheel. I like it. So, I don't want to take it out.

They make them with a screen in your Rear view mirror. Idk where but i've seen them before. I live right outside DC and I feel your pain, we have back up sensors on our vehicles and they go crazy when your like 2 feet away, from a foot in they just make a constant noise so you cant tell any closer than a foot.
