High mileage maintenance

I have an 03 2500 2 wheel drive. I have 360,000 km (224,00) miles. I have never done anything to the injection pump, engine or turbo. I have replaced the lift pump twice, the water pump twice and currently have the in tank version. I have replaced only 2 calipers, tie rod ends and stabilizer links and universal joints.
What is the expected life of this rig?
I would be interested in hearing how others are stacking up. Am I running on borrowed time?

with proper care the engine could go 500,000 miles, unfortunatly the rest of the truck ocassionally needs repair. belts, brakes, u-joints, wheel bearings, a/c, ball joints ect....
