1450* is fine as long as you dont leave it there for long...if that is all you're hitting on say the 1/4 mile, id trade you temps anyday...if ya really wanna cool it down some, shoot some h2o/meth into that bad boy:thumbsup:

no 45 you should be ok people run up to 50 without studs bit i would def not go any further than 50. i run 45 with my twins...need money for the studs n oringed head

id play it safe and stay at 45lbs if you have retorqued it...some guys have blown before at 40lbs because the torque was way off...play it safe and retorque:thumbsup:

Did the 55 bolt up to your manifold?

no HX55 is t4 flange. I take mine to machining for t3 flange.

i was 45 for months, the first time i sprayed water/meth i popped my head gasket. my egt's are 1750 without water/meth at WOT and 100+mph
