I put two new injectors in today to see if my problem was from two faulty injectors that had High back return on them. but still have the same issue. I have 7k rail pressure at idle. When feeding fuel it wants to hesitate like its missing or something reason i thought the two injectors were the issue. Back in July i had them all tested and two came back with high back return on them so I put them up front and opted to not replace them at the time. but now I have them replaced and trying to figure out what could be the issue. Originally the problem was I had a injector fail causing the it to dump fuel in the engine. so Pulled them all got that one replaced and had them balanced and tested at that time back in July this year.

I also replaced the cam sensor to see if that maybe was the problem. My smarty was giving me a crank/cam sensor error but I have replaced the crank one yet.

Just curious of any ideas. I have a airdog 200, twin pumps and 180hp nozzles on my injectors. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Replace fuel filter.
Monitor lift pump pressure and rail pressure when accelarating.
