2014 Ram 2500 6.7 bully dog delete.. I just recently changed the FCA sensor and now my truck is using a lot more fuel. 300miles worth of fuel for about 70 miles of driving! Any help please?!

Is the truck smoking more than usual? Any other symptoms other than increased fuel consumption? Higher EGT's or Boost?

No smoke or anything just high fuel consumption

Can you see if there is any fuel leaking from the rail or any of the lines? any fuel spill trails down the block or where you parked?

Check your oil quick see if its overfilled and smells like diesel

Exactly. You changed the fuel control actuator and now you fuel consumption has changed drastically.
That sounds like a very strong hint to where the problem is to me.

I know, I know, "I just changed/installed a new/replaced the XXXXX, so that's not the problem". That's seems to be how dealers troubleshoot, and make a small fortune doing it.

I re-installed the old one and still using the high fuel consumption.

I know, I know, "I just changed/installed a new/replaced the XXXXX, so that's not the problem". That's seems to be how dealers troubleshoot, and make a small fortune doing it.

....and one hard thing for most repair places to accept is that they may actually get a new defective part.

That’s probably a needle in a hay stack... I also am receiving new MAP sensor and MAF sensor

I replaced this.
