Ok so I know these are probably stupid questions but im still pretty new to the science of upgrading the power performace of a diesel so go easy on me. I got planned out what I would like to do to my truck and was just wondering if it would be a good setup and if there was any other supporting mods I might need. But ive already got exhaust and intake and I plan to get the transmission built a lift pump and a smarty. Does that sound like an ok start? Just looking for some opinions and responses

First off, what year is the truck? Yes, you are on the right track from what I see otherwise.

Looks like you may have an 05 in that case yes, good start.

Gauges should be number 1 priority, boost, pyrometer, tranny temp and fuel pressure if you have room for it.
You don't need a lift pump unless you see the gauge drop to zero when you punc it, you're good for about 100HP more than stock with the factory one.
