The only way is to go to a place that pumps the whole system out, They hook up to your cooler line, dump your old oil in one side and pump new from the other side of it. Some say this is a bad deal.

Otherwise you would have to completely disassemble your trans

i would say take it to a shop with a pump if you dont get all the air out when you put the new flued in it could meen bad news for your trans new transmision are not like old ones

I am not Familiar with the new trans but the 48re uses the oil coming back from the cooler to lubricate the bearings and Thrust washers of the trans. Could be important.
