Well you're not getting any fuel out of it but you can hear it pumping? I would either assume the plastic rotor inside the pump has come out, look at this link by mopar1973man
here the plastic part isn't supposed to come out. It would mean the pump is turning but it's not turning the rotor to push fuel.
If that isn't the case there's an obstruction in the line and it's not getting any fuel from the tank, which, in time, will burn up the pump and you won't hear it run any more. If you've been running with no/low fuel pressure it's taken it's toll on your Injection pump.
So here's my advice:
1. get the raptor, install it asap.
2. Start saving for a new IP as you'll likely get the death code soon.
Not trying to scare you but I speak from experience. I bought an air dog soon after I bought my truck. A month and a half later my IP died. Get the lift pump and get it going long enough to save some money. :thumbsup:
