Hey everyone, i have a 1994 1500 4x4 dodge truck with a 12v engine in it (215hp) i have it lightly modded it has aprox 500-600 hp im not very sure cause we dont have a dyno near around here  it has new era's 435 injectors, 4k gsk, home made twins (hx35/ht3b) #0 plate and high flow DV's..the best i did was 13.5 seconds 1/4 mile with a 5 speed manual, (thats at 6000 ft. elevation) im converting it to a automatic now with a full goerend transmission also 4x4..but im looking for more power like 800hp on diesel only so i was hoping someone could help me find the right parts and see what i need..im willing to spend enough Buckz:peelout

What are the specifics of the dvs? if they are laser cuts ditch them in favor of something with a shoulder unless you use nitrous.

Whats your timing at? Is the hx35 externally gated? or atleast modified? Does it have headwork? A cam? What kind of fuel system?

A modified pump and larger injectors would be fun. Some N2O or atleast bigger turbos would help.

Impressive times by the way, thats some quick shifting :peelout

Thanks man, yup the dv's are laser cuts, i dont use any nitrous so you think i should ditch them? and the hx35 is modified with a bigger internal wastegate, but im thinkin about a bigger top charger something like 62/71/13 ss first of all i will need head work as you mentioned, its still stock, but on the way are some o-rings, studs and stainless steel valves, does a aftermarket cam really make a big diference? and about my timing i dont have the timing tool kit so i just do it manually its about 1/2 inch retarted on the crank..

Huge difference in high rpm situations. The stocker looses potency above 3200.

Is the wastegate drilled all the way through on the hx? I think a larger bottom turbo is the biggest priority but a top turbo should follow.

Laser cuts have a tendancy to cost power and time when used in fuel only situations. Nothing huge, like 10hp and tenths of a second. Its just hard to feed them enough air to burn through there sloppy injection on turbo only.

Definitly get some timing tools and set that bad boy up to 25+ degrees, once you get the rings and studs in.

stock head bolts with twins... that seems pretty amazing to me. most ppl i know that have twins r runnign 40+ psi, which after time will definetly eat up some head gaskets. lets see some video.
