Yup its a boost elbow with that and the wastegate rod is what you will be tunning your twins with. The elbow screws into the turbo and the wastegate line hooks to it.

the further you turn it in the less you are feeding the big charger, you want a 1:1 on DP and you want boost from primary to be half of total so to get these numbers you will have to play with the wastegate rod and the boost elbow
