If you used the wrong o-ring, maybe???
Also check no. 6 injector fitting.
If it s bad, dry it off and watch it while running with a flashlight.

Crossover tube o-ring would leak internally. I would begin by buying correct o-rings and 6 banjo sealing washers and T fitting grommets from Cummins. Pull the return line, seal crossover tubes and be done. Pull the return line before ordering parts to make sure it isn't cracked.

If the stock pump and filter are in the way, throw them away and get a FASS. Now you have no leaks and 2 washers as spares that may never be needed which means no leaks!!!

Order a gasket for the plate that the stock filter mounts to. It will save you from learning about "boost boot".

use a solvent like brakekleen or ether to dry the area. Be sure its WELL ventilated! Use a mirror to see EXACTLY where the fuel is coming from. Fix accordingly.

It was a incorrect o ring used on a crossover tube. It looked close but it has to be exactly the right one
