Says they are up to the task, your truck certainly isn't anywhere near to 16K GVWR.

But, as others above have mentioned, wood works well, that's what I have. And, IIRC, I don't think the materials cost me but about $25

To be honest I would do it without a third thought. I would be careful, but plastics and other artificial materials have come a long way and these are rated for so much more than your truck weighs it isn't even funny. As mentioned you could do wood for cheaper but that would be heavy as hell and just not worth it IMHO.

No way in hell would I trust plastic anything. 2x4's are much cheaper, and you just sort of stick em where they fit and you are good to go.

I have these, https://www.amazon.com/RhinoGear-11912ABMI-RhinoRamps-Vehicle-Ramp/dp/B0117EESNC. They weigh about ten pounds each. I've had my 4th gen on them once so far with no sign of cracks or stretched plastic. I've had them for about 6 months and store them inside. They hang easily on a single nail in the walls of my shop.
I have these ramps also...

I use them on my Ram 2500 Diesel frequently... but I put a couple heavy duty jack stands under the frame on each side BEFORE I get under the truck... I haven't needed the jackstands... yet...

I must have gotten a defective pair or something. Second time I ever pulled my truck up on those ramps (mine came from autozone but they're the same ones) the ramps buckled and cracked all along the front.

I made my ramps out of 2x12 lumber. Stair stepped 3 high and screwed together. I took a piece of plywood screwed onto the bottom board, cut to fit and made an apron for the tire to go on to help hold the ramp in place while driving up onto. When on extended RV trips I take them along so when an oil change is needed, I can do it myself.

Ramps are scary at best, especially for a heavy truck. The ones you posted look to be heavy duty and rated for the job but still make nervous. I lift the truck with a floor jack and place a couple heavy duty jack stands. I let the truck down on the jack stands and leave the jack in place when possible. With one or two pumps on the jack, the load is distributed between the jack and two stands.

I’ve always been afraid of driving over the edge of the ramps. Weight rated Jack stands are much more safer.
