need to remove the headliner for cab lights. (quad cab) but i am afraid to break it. any good tips and are those push button things that go through the headliner reusabe? do they just pull out? (2 in the middle a 2 in the back)

Good luck with the install, if you are buying your lights from the dealer tell them you want lights for a third gen they switched to those ones in 98 I think, the second link explains everything pretty good. I didn't put silicone on the gaskets when I did mine like that write shows becouse I want to be able to change the bulbs without wrecking the gasket. Before I put the headliner back on I had my brother spray the lights with the garden hose so I could wtach for leaks.
