i think your thinking of the hx35....the he351 has electronically controlled wastegate....to run them in a twin turbo setup you need to drill the wastegate out 1" and need to fab up your own wastegate

not quite what i was thinking, what do you have to do? make a bracket for the wastegate to mount to? is that all you did?

basically. I used the oil drain for a mount so I could clock the outlet almost anywhere.
